Info & Register

This registration is for team captains to register their team. Captains will register their teams, and players will register for their teams separately. All payments are made through the Captain's registration. Players will sign their waivers during their registration. We will have an insurance policy that covers all athletes and referees for this event. Players will not be asked to cover or pay for their own policy.

Teams are able to secure their spots using a $100 deposit. The second payment is due August 29th, one week before the event. 

We will have Adult Club, Bronze, Silver/Gold for this event. We would also like to host a College Showcase for this event!
